Dandelions Just Dandy

My granny often mentioned to me how fond she'd been of the dandelion wine she made every summer on the farm. Today I happened to stumble upon a site that suggests another way to use these common plants. If there is an abundance of dandelions in your yard, perhaps you can dig them out and try this recipe.
