Real Food Real Stories: Good Food Heals and People Nourish

photo of a gathering

We are proud to introduce you to Real Food Real Stories, one of our newest sponsored projects, and their Director, Pei-Ru Ko.

In her journey to heal herself through a severe auto-immune disorder, Pei-Ru tells the story in a recent Journal article how she discovered a community of heart-driven, local food producers whose commitment to creating wholesome food healed her and her soul. She started RFRS to tell their stories and bring trust and authenticity back into our relationship with our food systems. What if we can help make their voice heard and expand the ecosystem to support all those who feed us, nourish our community and heal the planet?

They work to cultivate an empathetic food culture that inspires action and collaboration by gathering industry professionals and engaged eaters around live storytelling and shared meals through Supperclubs, large picnics, and “Digestifs”.
