The project will involved the second restoration phase of a portion of the Coastal Conservancy’s recently acquired 265 acres of the Ormond Beach Wetlands. Following up on the 2003 project of removal of old junk cars and debris, the project involved removal of invasive vegetation, specifically Pampas Grass, Myoporum, and Ice Plant.
